This relatively sweet breakfast is a real treat yet good for you in every way.
What you will need.......
- 1 Cup of black Quinoa1 Cup of Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil2 Cups of water
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Banana
- 3 Strawberries
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
In a pot, bring the Quinoa, Almond milk and Water to a boil then let simmer, stirring continuously until the quinoa is cooked.
You will be able to tell as it will start to separate.
If you need to top up the liquid, simply add a little more water or almond milk.
Once cooked through, serve with the fruit, cinnamon and yogurt.
(If you have any quinoa leftover you can reheat later)
